Harlow Fallon grew up in a home where reading was always encouraged. With an artist father and a librarian mother, Harlow’s love of literature and art flourished. She cut her teeth on The Wizard of Oz, and as a teen discovered the worlds of Ray Bradbury and Frank Herbert. Today, she channels her imagination into her own writing, fueled by the curiosities of the world and the mysteries of the universe. Science fiction and fantasy are her genres of choice. She and her husband have five grown children and have made Michigan their home for the past fifteen years.

  Kate Corcino

  Survival Mode (Chapter Seventeen)

Kate Corcino makes her home in the southwestern USA, and her desert often appears in her work. She believes in magic, coffee, Starburst candies, genre fiction, descriptive profanity, and cackling over wine with good friends. She also believes in the transformative power of screwing up and second chances. Cheers to works-in-progress of the literary and lifelong variety! She is currently writing the follow-up to Ignition Point and Spark Rising, the first books in The Progenitor Saga, a near-future dystopian adventure series with romantic elements, science, magic, and plenty of action.

  Monica Enderle Pierce

  Blood Brother (Chapter Nineteen)

Monica Enderle Pierce has worked in publishing, advertising, and web development, but her favorite careers have been mother and author. (One of those lets her obliterate things every day.) Her post-apocalyptic book, Girl Under Glass, was a 2012 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award semi-finalist and a sci-fi bestseller. Of her historical, pre-apocalyptic novel, Famine, one reviewer wrote: “Jeez. Effing heck. I need more now! Argh!” and "Holy. Wow." Her stories are immersive, detailed, character-driven, and compelling. She has an English degree from UCLA, and lives in Seattle with her husband, her daughter, a transgender fish, a neurotic dog, and two crazy tomcats.
